Players will experience the complete workflow, from selecting enzymes to adding DNA templates and primers, setting PCR cycles, running electrophoresis, gel extraction, and sequencing. This simulator allows users to learn the principles and practical aspects of PCR.
1. Create Master Mix: Add selected enzymes and dNTP to create the Master
Mix.
2. Add Template and Primers: Input DNA templates and set primers. You
can also check for primer suggestions and ranges.
3. Set PCR Machine: Configure denaturation, annealing, extension
temperatures, and cycle count.
4. Run Electrophoresis: Perform electrophoresis to check the PCR
products.
5. Gel Extraction and Sequencing: Extract PCR products from the gel and
run sequencing. Results can also be downloaded.
